1. Introduction
By registering for and attending our event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the event organized by the Harvard Club of Sri Lanka.
2. Registration and Attendance
Registration for the event is required for attendance. Once registered, your participation is confirmed, and no physical tickets or products are provided for purchase or collection.
3. Payment
All payments for event registration are non-refundable. By registering for the event, you agree to the no-refund policy.
4. Event Changes and Cancellation
The Harvard Club of Sri Lanka reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or content without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, registered participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be provided at the discretion of the organizer.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the organizers may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Harvard Club of Sri Lanka and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the event, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to property.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
